Charles Oh, M.D., serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Centrexion Therapeutics. He joined Centrexion as Senior Vice President, Clinical and Medical, in September 2025 with over 20 years of experience in clinical development and medical affairs. Prior to joining Centrexion, he served as the Chief Medical Officer of Corium, LLC. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Acorda Therapeutics, Purdue Pharma, and Johnson & Johnson. Charles led development teams in achieving approvals of multiple drugs and devices in both the United States and the European Union with therapeutic indications in pain, cardiology, and neurology.
Charles holds an M.B.A. from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an M.D. from Washington University School of Medicine, and a B.S. from University of Miami. He trained in internal medicine at Thomas Jefferson University and in Cardiology at University of Florida Health Science Center.
